Delivery takes place via SDA – POSTE ITALIANE courier within approximately 3 working days from the moment the package is commissioned to the courier.
For remote areas (e.g. for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) it may take 7 working days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, at his own expense, within 14 days.
The customer may make a return request by sending an explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract to the email address ordini@robyzu.it , within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products.
The products must be returned intact, unwashed, undamaged and with the tags indicating the bar code and any other seal that is part of the products; products that are returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated or dirty will not be refunded.
